The 3mm yoga mat @lululemonsg 2 yoga blocks @mysugarmat @sugarmatsg Water bottle Umbrella Yoga stretch band Face towel Etc. Pretty heavy on my shoulders. Still OK for short runs from home to gym, and back. But not recommended for long hrs of carrying as the shoulder straps are thin. Still very happy with the bag. Can alternate using this totebag with the yoga mat bag from Lululemon. Side note, Really liking my yoga top from @nike.
